Join Our Team as a Simulator Technician
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate technician to join our team as a Simulator Technician. As our technical expert, you will be responsible for managing and providing support for our bespoke F1 simulators, ensuring they are always in top-notch condition and delivering an exceptional experience to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the simulators
- Utilize tools such as Jira, Datto, and Spiceworks to track and manage simulator maintenance
- Perform regular software and hardware updates to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical assistance to customers, offering guidance and answering any questions they may have
- Collaborate with the F1 Arcade team to continuously enhance the simulators and introduce new features
Requirements
- Prior experience working with racing simulator hardware
- Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Datto, and Spiceworks
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
