F1 Arcade, a leading provider of immersive racing experiences, is excited to announce the upcoming opening of their new venue in Birmingham this November. As part of their expansion, they are currently seeking a highly skilled and passionate Simulator Technician to join their team.
As a Simulator Technician at F1 Arcade, you will be responsible for managing and providing technical support for their state-of-the-art F1 simulators. Your main duties will include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise
- Utilizing tools such as Jira, Datto, and Spiceworks to optimize simulator performance
- Maintaining and repairing racing simulator hardware
- Assisting customers with setting up and adjusting their simulator experience
With your strong technical expertise and attention to detail, you will ensure that each customer has an unforgettable and seamless racing experience at F1 Arcade.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Prior experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Proficiency in using tools such as Jira, Datto, and Spiceworks
- Familiarity with racing simulator hardware and software
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Additionally, a passion for motorsports and a deep understanding of Formula 1 would be advantageous.
