Shannonville Motorsport Park opened in 1974 in southeastern Ontario, roughly midway between Toronto and Montreal near Belleville. The facility began life more modestly than its present form, starting as a dirt oval before developing into the multi-configuration paved road course complex it is known as today.
Growth into a multi-track facility
