The case involving ROKiT and Williams F1 has taken a new turn. After being dismissed in the US District court of the Southern District of Florida, ROKiT’s lawyer was deemed ineligible to practice law in that jurisdiction.
Moving the Case to California
As a result, Kendrick, the Englishman behind ROKiT, has decided to shift the case to California, where both he and his company are located.
“I’m not letting this go,” Kendrick stated. “We’re going to refile in California.”
The Legal Dispute
