Aston Martin Excludes Alonso and Stroll from Valkyrie Hypercar Plan

Despite recent speculation, Aston Martin has confirmed that it will not be involving Fernando Alonso or Lance Stroll in its upcoming Valkyrie hypercar assault.

Instead, the team plans to focus on recruiting its lineup from the existing pool of drivers for the team’s campaigns with the Valkyrie LMH in the World Endurance Championship (WEC) and the IMSA SportsCar Championship starting in 2025.

This decision means that drivers currently contracted to Heart of Racing for its campaigns in the two GT Daytona classes in IMSA and GTE Am in WEC, along with the six-strong GT roster
