Perez penalized after collision with Norris
Sergio Perez had an eventful season finale at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, finishing second on the road but receiving a five-second penalty that bumped him down to fourth place. The penalty was the result of a collision with Lando Norris on lap 47 of 58 at Yas Marina.
From third to fourth place
Initially, Perez was set for a podium finish in third place. However, Charles Leclerc, driving for Ferrari, made a strategic move by pulling over and allowing Red Bull to secure a 1-2 finish at the line.
