Fanatec CSL Pedals LC vs Moza CRP2

Head-to-head · Updated 19 October 2026

The Fanatec CSL Pedals LC and the Moza CRP2 are the load cell pedal sets most often compared by racers moving up from the pedals in a wheel bundle. The CSL Pedals LC is a $239.98 three-pedal bundle. The CRP2 is a $369 two-pedal set with the clutch sold separately.

Both picks are spec-checked. Price, stock, specs and platform compatibility come from the Fanatec US store and the Moza global store, checked on 19 October 2026. Not enough owner reviews for either set could be opened and checked directly, so there is no owner-reported verdict. Nothing here comes from hands-on testing.

The short answer

On the brand pages, the CRP2 has the more capable brake: a 0 to 200 kg load cell with a 15-bit angle sensor and a CNC aluminium body. The CSL Pedals LC costs $129 less, includes a third pedal, and has a stated console route through a Fanatec wheelbase. Moza lists the CRP2 for PC and Xbox and does not name PlayStation.

Choose the CSL Pedals LC if you race on a console through a Fanatec wheelbase, want clutch, brake and throttle for $239.98, and are fine with a brake whose load cell range Fanatec does not publish.

Choose the CRP2 if you race on PC or Xbox, want a 200 kg load cell and a CNC aluminium build, and can pay $369 for two pedals (about $468 with the $99 clutch).

Price and what is in the box

The CSL Pedals LC bundle costs $239.98 and includes the CSL Pedals and the Load Cell Kit, so you get a clutch, a load cell brake and a throttle. The CRP2 throttle and brake set costs $369 on sale ($399 list), and the load cell clutch adds $99, bringing a three-pedal setup to about $468.

That is roughly $228 more for the CRP2 if you want all three pedals.

Brake sensor and adjustment

Fanatec's load cell is a custom 12-bit sensor with a sensitivity of about 10 kg minimum, adjustable through the Tuning Menu or Fanatec Control Panel. It uses a 65 Shore elastomer stack. Fanatec does not publish a maximum range.

Moza's CRP2 uses a 0 to 200 kg load cell combined with a 15-bit angle sensor, and lists 115 standard brake adjustments and 1,764 optional configurations. Moza sells a brake performance kit for the CRP2, SRP2 and SRP Lite2 for $19.90. If you want the widest range of feel and travel, the brand data favours the CRP2.

Build, mounting and angle

Fanatec says the CSL Pedals LC is all metal apart from the pedal faces and heavy enough to resist sliding on the floor. The pedals can be inverted for rig mounting, the rear plates are vertical so they can be braced against a wall, and the faces adjust in height.

Moza builds the CRP2 from CNC-machined aerospace aluminium with a carbon fibre heel plate and a steel base. It lists a pedal angle of 0 to 15 degrees, face height and footrest adjustment of up to 30 mm, and an optional inversion kit. Check your cockpit's pedal deck angle before you buy either set.

Platforms and connection

Fanatec says the CSL Pedals LC works with CSL, CSL DD, GT DD Pro, ClubSport and Podium wheelbases. On PC it can connect directly to a wheelbase or as a standalone USB device. On a console it must connect through a Fanatec wheelbase.

Moza lists the CRP2 as compatible with PC and Xbox and says it connects to a PC over USB and works with non-Moza gear. Moza's page does not name PlayStation. If you race on a console, the Fanatec set is the one with a stated route, through a Fanatec wheelbase.

Check the brake feel and angle options against your rig before you buy.
